Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum. Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking. "Ruhiges Zimmer mit guten Matratzen. Etwas sehr kleine Waschbecken werden angeblich gerade ausgetauscht. Da keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann es sehr warm werden. Leider auch kein Kühlschrank oder Eiswürfelmaschine vorhanden. Gutes einfaches Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten. Kostenloses Parken direkt am Hotel."
