"Affordable clean place to stay in Marfa. No WiFi or coffee in basic room, but nice tv we didn’t use. "

"The air conditioning was good, the parking was somewhat off. The primary complaint is that the rooms were up a very steep double set of stairs which would be okay if my husband was not 85 (with recently rebuilt knees) and I were not 76 and have some slight breathing problems."

"Well, there is no property staff. It was clean and nicely appointed, a pretty nice place. However - they have a massive bowl of ear plugs in the common area - take this note: if you are at all bothered by noise - you will need the ear plugs. These are some of the noisiest rooms I have ever experienced. Ironically - the air conditioning split-unit was very quiet, as was the ceiling fan. But everything else… Yes, there is a bar downstairs with bands playing - we knew that and we enjoyed watching them for a while. But even after that: the trains a block away blow their horns right near the hotel and it’s a very busy rail line. Trucks and motorcycles on the main road have a 4 way stop so they are always revving their engines hard right outside your window. There are people in the halls and common areas talking loudly or playing music. The walls are super thin - you hear all the snoring, breathing, and talking in either room beside you."
