Hotels near Ballard Park

"The room was nice a little run down but the area was decent. The Love's truck stop in front of the hotel gave you two choices of food: McDonald's or Subway, which I thought was cute. A/C worked well shower had a full sized tub. Parking was easy, and the general asthetic was nice. The only problem I'm having is getting my $50.00 deposit back!!!"

"Span call to room saying the computers went down and needed credit card information. Clerk did not know how they could have called rooms. there were at least two different rooms called. Did not give information and went downstairs."

"The property was under renovation, which explains some of the dust and dirt. However, the tub in room 230 definitely needs to be replaced. I asked the staff if that room had already been renovated, and they said yes, but the tub is badly rusted and should have been replaced as part of the renovation."

"Woke up to a cold shower which was a bad experience to me. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. When I went to the front desk to tell the clerk about the hot water not working in the shower, she never apologized just pointed to a young man that was there to fix the water. "
