Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and parking was easy. Room could do with an update and the carpet just outside the bathroom was frayed and lifting so could possibly be a trip hazard.

Main Lead Ballarat Motel
Not so clean I saw spider web at the corners and some black worm at my room but bed was clean. It was not kitchenette and I ask for knife and spoon. Pool wan not so pleasing to use.
