"I always stay at Heritage hotel with my family- & this time I stayed with my mum & dad. We were checked in a bit late to make sure my mum & dad’s room was near the lift, Ed the manager (& team) was so apologetic that he arranged for a free late checkout for us, which was much appreciated as our flight was not till in the late afternoon. We always look forward for breakfast as we all love the taho 😄 which was part of the wide array of spread they offer for breakfast. The team is always helpful, always pleasant, and facilities are always clean & topnotch. Kudos to Ed & to the whole Heritage team, thank you so very much for making our stay as comfortable as ever as always! I’m sure we will see you again."
