"The ads are a bit misleading. Read the fine print. Click until you can’t click anymore. I never wrote bad reviews… but… the apartment was fabulous! Parking a nightmare. One couple had their car towed. They need to give you exact laws and information about how to park and where and where not to. Check in woman acted like I was bothering her with questions. When I called to ask about parking from my room, no answer. When I asked to speak to the front desk manager at check out, the staff couldn’t find her. The pool is NOT on site and far. You need to take some trolly to get to the one free drink happy hour at another property. Exact written directions needed for parking. People travel far and are tired… pointing doesn’t help them . I didn’t sleep well thinking I would get towed. Times on their site, google, ChatGPT were all different… then there are street cleaning days apparently . The resort fee was 30 a day for towels and some pool somewhere. Apartment was great. That’s about all. I travel a lot … I’ve never had this experience. "

"The staff was nice and the restaurant has the most amazing food. It could use some updating and it was a let down the restaurant was only open one day during the stay. Beware of current construction. "

"The property was a little dated but still cute. They charge a resort fee for things like the pool and beach towels that other hotels typically include. There's no hotel parking so be ready to pay for parking in a public lot. It seemed like all but one of the front desk staff was brand new. The tv wouldn't turn on in my room the whole time but I never called anybody to come fix it. Also it was stormy and cold in my room but the heater didn't work. I turned it on but my room kept getting colder. Again, I didn't call anybody to come fix it so they didn't know. Overall it's a coin toss on whether I would stay here again."

Not a single bottle of water in the refrigerator arrived late night cannot take my medication. It little bit terrible. I was told my $ 150.00 will put on hold for 2 days after departed. "
