"I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I hope this helps others decide where to stay. Our disappointment began at check-in. The room looked very different from the photos and appeared dated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. We found loose wires, black tape on walls, exposed AC tubing, and nonworking exterior lights. We requested a room change but never received a follow-up. Communication was a recurring issue throughout our stay. One morning, we requested basic items like towels and a broom. Despite multiple calls and visits to the front desk, it took nearly 10–12 hours to receive only part of the request. At around 9:00 p.m., someone attempted to open our room door while my family, including my infant child, was asleep. The staff were kind and professional, but the problems seemed to stem from management and communication. Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what was presented online."
