"Staff was nice and polite however they did not mention that the key for the room was needed in order to turn on the light from the bathroom Therefore, we were never able to turn on the light in the restroom. Almost tripped on the floor because the board are lifting up and one of the beds was very unstable "

"A suite in the Pacifico Tower is like a small apartment. We were on the 14th floor with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Rosarito Beach. The room was clean and everything worked. We needed extra pillows for our king size bed and the staff brought them up right away. However, some of the details that we have become used to were missing. One tiny little bottle of shampoo for two people and no conditioner. The full kitchen didn’t have any sharp knives for food preparation. Also no paper towels, sponge or dish soap to wash the nice collection of real dishes. So mixed feelings with both a fantastic location, and apartment, but a scarcity mentality when it comes to some of the details."
