The view of Puget Sound and Mt Rainier was fantastic. The room was very clean. Really liked the bathtub and shower being separate. The restaurant/bar served food until 1030 pm which was great after getting back from a concert. Highly recommend this hotel! The valets are engaging and polite as well.

Edge water is perfect for getting on the cruise ship. But the building certainly needs a facelift and the area is noisy from the train's and area construction. The onsite restaurant is certainly nice but pricey.

They charge an aminity fee for wifi and bikes even if you do not use it and they do not tell you upfront what is included and that you will be charged this fee. They also charge a resort fee I think its just because it is next to where the cruise ships dock. The inside is okay, its older, dusty and the carpet was in need of repair. The fireplace in the room is nice and the views are really great! It is very convenient and walkable to the attractions and great restaurants in the area as well as to pier 66. I did feel it was in a safe area.

The property is older for sure. It is convenient especially if you are on NCL. The price does not fit the property in my opinion. But convenience really plays and I get it. Maybe a $300 a night hotel. The beds they said were Quenns. They are full size beds for sure. Its all good you asked for opinion so you got it. I would not recommend based on price alone. We were literally in the room to sleep..

We really enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and having a view of the water was an enchanting way to start and end our days.
