Very good hotel hotel with excellent service. Great views and quiet. A little bit isolated but Grab is easily available. The cafe is a very good place to eat with very wide food choices. Halo halo is great. Definitely on my list when I am in Baguio

Wonderful stay at Hotel Grande

It was amazing. The front desk people were friendly. The hotel is clean and it smells good!Food is great especially the international dinner buffet.

New hotel with excellent restaurant food. The breakfast had Chinese dim sum and regular breakfast choices. The only downside was that there were no sockets at bedside table. But overall highly recommend Ed.

Guter Standard im Raum Baguio. Ungewöhnlich war, dass es keine Zimmerreinigung gab über 3 Tage. Der entsprechende Hinweis an der Rezeption beim Check-Out wurde mit Schulterzucken zur Kenntnis genommen.

There is no phone in the rooms, one outlet to plug in chargers, no couch and center table to relax in, staff is not very friendly, bathroom is nice and modern, the soap they provide is so small. Coffee shop needs to open earlier than 7. We pulled up to the driveway, it took them 15 min to be greeted when it is not even busy. The place smells like sewer.

The hotel's location is the main reason I stay here and it's very clean. The staff responded promptly to my request for service. The room doesn't have enough towel bars and not enough ventilation if you just want fresh air.

Decent 3 star hotel

Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above

The kids enjoyed the pool and meryenda buffet. The wifi is fast. The place is very peaceful. We loved the foods in the restaurant and cafe, very affordable.The bathroom is superb. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Only one thing, for the price which is close to hotel prices inside Camp John Hay, I hope someone will help us with our bags as well.

amazing place

Big room, very clean and new, bathroom was big and clean as well. Staff very accommodating and quick to assist and provide all requests. Allowed us to bring bike into the room. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, only needs better coffee and less sugary drinks.
