"One elevator from ground floor to hotel lobby on the 5 th floor was disabled. It was not quickly fixed. Very slow and with groups of people too numerous to fit in the car. So, it took 2 or 3, trips to get upstairs to the lobby. This is more a reflection on the building owner rather than the hotel. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Good selection. Food presented well. Tons of selection."

"This hotel has lots of amenities and is close to the tourist sites but the rooms are very dated, the carpets and walls are stained and tired. This was advertised as 5 star luxury, no way!"

"The hotelβs location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the subway station and bus stops. There are also a couple of tourist attractions nearby. You donβt have to worry about food as there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby that is if you wish to eat outside the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was nice and respectful. They spoke enough English so that we could understand. The breakfast buffet was good; although it did not change much from day to day. There were eggs, bread, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt, salads, coffee, juice, etc. There is a laundry room but with only 2 small washers and 1 small dryer. It is free though; they even provide the detergent. In summary, I would return to this hotel or maybe another Shilla Stay, π"

"We had a wonderful stay at Amid Hotel Seoul. The location is outstanding, within walking distance of many of Seoul's most important historical attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also impressed by the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. Our room and all the common areas were spotless every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul."
