"We booked two rooms to fit our family and everything went smoothly from booking the hotel to check out. It was easy to find and had plenty of places you can easily walk to. We stayed during a heat wave so it was to have a place with AC and a pool. The pool was so relaxing and private! The receptionist was very kind and helpful with dinner recommendations and the rooms were very clean. Great place to stay if you’re in Bath."

"Absolutely fantastic experience staying at the Marriott in Bristol this weekend. Staff extremely helpful, from the security door staff who kindly helped with the large amounts of luggage I had with me, the reception staff, the restaurant staff and all the cleaning staff. Property is very clean, modern and well maintained. Bedrooms are spacious, clean, and looks like they have been renovated very recently. Massive TV in the bedroom, and extremely comfy beds. Decent breakfast, open until 11am as well, very useful after a late night. Parking is next door in the NCP car park - don't pay the advertised rates in the car park, just get your ticket validated by reception staff every time you need to leave the car park and it's only £17.00 per day, rather than then £100s you would pay otherwise. Would absolutely recommend, a great place to stay if visiting friends, attending an event or just visiting the city."

"Ok then - we decided to upgrade our experience to a Premium room with king bed, on arrival noticed that room size was not same as advertised (a lot smaller). When we queried with reception- to be informed that as booking was through a 3rd party it didn’t qualify for a proper premium room, these rooms were for guests who pay Hilton rates☹️☹️☹️☹️. Lesson learnt"

"Hotel was fantastic. However breakfast was very mediocre at best and not worth the money - poorly cooked and not topped up. Seen more colour on a white wall than the sausages had. Also bar staff in the evening need to cheer up. Seemed like they was doing us a big favour by serving us…"
