"The Resort had been up dated and I found to be very relaxing and very clean through out. I have no complaints only praise of the entire facility and the management was excellent . One could not go wrong by visiting Kellocks. I will always stay there when in the area."

"The hotel is nice and the location amazing, but the pool was dirty (and was the main reason to stay) and the staff screams a lot between them around 6am while they clean or don’t know what they do. I needed to go outside my room and ask them to be quiet… and road is very noisy until late night, a lot of motos and people screaming."

"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "We were double booked and could not stay at our original booked destination, which took very long to find due to no signs at all. There were 3 of us that had a booked and they moved us to there secondary place which was unfit for 3 men with only a double and a single bed together. The place was in terrible condition for what we paid. We ended up finding another place to stay at and have not not been contacted to be refunded after a formal letter was sent out.
