I think chairs at the reception is not ideal as an old man was sitting there facing the other side make us confused if that was the main hotel reception or not. Hotel Reception should look more welcoming. Restaurant food and staff were great but a bit more attentive. Overall it was a great sray. "

"The hotel was very clean including public places. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good - an extra cost but worth it. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but came across one desk clerk that may have been having a bad day and was unfortunately very rude for no apparent reason - who knows. Otherwise I would have rated the hotel a perfect 5 out of 5. "

"This isn’t quite 4-star quality. While the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, it’s worth managing expectations. The rooms were clean, but the hotel feels quite outdated. The bathrooms are very small and lacked ventilation, which isn’t ideal. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was basic at best, and the shuttle service is overpriced at $16 per person. You’re much better off taking an Uber to the domestic terminal, especially since it’s too far to comfortably walk. If this were marketed as a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t have been disappointed. As it stands, it falls short of 4-star expectations. I had rebooked for our return stay, but have since changed to a different hotel."
