Excellent room, nice aircon very clean, and cleaners came in daily to clean our room. They are doing renovations so the noise and the entry to the rooms are on the side of the hotel, if you don’t mind climbing steps then your be fine and once you get into your room you won’t be disappointed

Room was great, clean and tidy. There were fast food outlets next door if you don’t want to eat in the onsite bistro. My only complaint was the $200 deposit that was required when I checked. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere before checking. Even tho I did an online checkin. This deposit still has not been refunded two days later.

call before booking family lodging

Singles and couples great, call before booking family lodging. Call the hotel! They were amazing but the room type we wanted and paid for wasnt a available on-site as its in renovation. It was sorted by giving us a second room but it split us up and that wasnt the plan. The service was impeccable and the front desk was super understanding but a refund and rebooking was out of the question as it was a same day rental and processing would have taken time. However they really were great about everything. Road noise was minimal but present, showers were nice. Would have loved a microwave in room but the restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced. Also dont let the outside fool you its interior is nicer than the exterior. And pull the door/push the door when leaving it will sometimes not latch the 1st try.

Room was clean, amenities were very good, and the food was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!
