"Great location, very close to Alaxenderplaz (train, Ubahn, Sbahn, trams). Easy to walk to a lot of places.
The bed was VERY comfortable and it would have been a very god night’s seep had it not been for the noise from the road. The location overlooks Karl-Marks Allee and that gets used as a drag racing track for a lot of the night - ask for a room at the back.
There was WiFi but it did not work in the room. There was a fault with the wireless access point that covered our room and they were not able to resolve that in three days - which is disappointing. The WiFi worked in the public areas downstairs but it was not very fast.
There as a smell of drains when we walked through the door and that was especially bad in our bathroom."
"Amazing hotel right in the centre of all the Berlin tourist hotspots.
Beautiful, clean, helpful staff and the Atrium bar was my favourite.
Great breakfast selection as well!"
"The property was very nice. Our room was a good size but we were disappointed that there was only a small stool to sit on-not a chair as shown in the photos on-line. Another small complaint is that the pillows were all very soft providing little support. And, although you could request extra towels and paper products, there was no housekeeping service during a stay of 5 nights. We do not need daily service but once midway through would have been preferable.
We had questions on more than one occasion and the staff at the front desk, especially Ben, were all very helpful.
We opted to have the breakfast buffet included with our room charges. This was a very good decision. The restaurant area was large and comfortable and the selection of food and drinks was extensive and delicious. The serving staff were excellent, as well."
"Excellent area to stay. Centrally located, you have access to public transit and shopping. The units are very modern and clean and the building itself is up to modern standards.
The unit is open-concept, with the shower and sink in the same space. The shower due to its design had a fair amount of water leaking outside of the shower area with normal use, but used a provided bath mat to dry.
Great view from the room and fun watching the happenings on the street. "
