"We traveled through Turkey in August and We stayed at so many different hotels in different cities. This hotel was one of the best one . I loved their hospitality, any time I need something with one simple call from the room I got it. Ozgur was so helpful polite friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back to this hotel."
"Frukosten var inte fräsch. Allt som skulle varit varmt var iskallt. Det kalla hade garanterat varit framme flera dagar i rad, det var riktigt ofräscht. Rummet var okej, bodde i ett annex en halv trappa ner. Receptionspersonalen var trevlig. Kvinnan i baren/frukostbuffén var inte trevlig. Det ligger i ett bostadsområde och det går inte att gå till någon butik, så ta med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Minibaren var tom. Eller bo inne i Bursa istället. Det var inte särskilt fint eller mysigt heller....
"Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again."
