Very recommended I would give them 10 stars. Very clean Hotel and rooms. Very nice staff and helpful. I asked on of them to show me the bus station going to Otogar, She offered me a ride to Otogar. They have very nice breakfast with a beautiful view.

The property is in a nice location, right at the city center, the place is a bit on the older side, but for the price is not bad, the only gripe I have is that we stayed there for four days and none of the days was the cleaning service performed in our room.

Grand Heykel Hotel is a short distance from all the main Bursa attractions. It is right opposite (2 minutes walk) from the famous (First one opened in 1867) Bursa Iskendar Kebab Restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Heykel and would definitely stay again; however, will choose Family Suite next time as the Triple room was a bit smaller for us.

A very well-kept property with attentive , welcoming, and friendly staff. Breakfast on top floor with lovely view of the surrounding city was enjoyable. Across the street from the bazaar and on a side street off main road, so everything was conveniently available at short walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

I stayed 20 days in this hotel. Before arriving I asked for a smokeless room they gave me a whole different room and the room smelled like cigarettes their reason why I didn’t got a bigger room was because I paid so less and if I wanted a bigger room they would charge me extra. I asked multiple times to change my room and got refused I showered in cold water for 7 days. On the last day they told me there was a gas leak so I had to change rooms and gave a room key that wasn’t even working. They tried to overcharged me and can’t keep their promises. They screamed at me and threatened to call the police. Stay away from this place especially if you are a foreigner they treat you like shi

Great area!

Im it was a good 1 night stay loved the area around the hotel just our room smelt like smoke and I’m very sensitive to it and the architrave wasn’t on the wall it was lying on the floor. But it was an okay one night stay for the price. If you stay there, make sure you go down the road a bit and do the Turkish path was awesome!

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The hallways and rooms had a persistent, unpleasant odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. The bathroom showed visible signs of mold, raising concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The internet connection was unreliable, frequently disconnecting and barely usable. When I brought this up with the reception, I was told this was a common issue throughout the hotel. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. Most items were served straight from the fridge with no proper presentation or freshness. The advertised images are misleading and do not reflect reality. When I raised my concerns with the manager, he simply stated, “This is not a high-end hotel,” which, in my opinion, is no excuse for the poor quality and lack of basic hospitality standards.

Room 104, quiet, clean. No shower door so when you take a shower the tiled floor gets wet and very, very slippery. Bed is comfy, pillows are soft. Tiny sink had a leak but was quickly repaired by staff. Morning buffet breakfast had very good selection and excellent roof top view. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. I would stay again.

Odalar temizdi. Banyo cok kucuk yuz yikamak zordu. Birde yatak ve yastiklar cok rahatsiz di eskiydi ancak cikarken gorevliye durumu ilettigimizde yenilenecegini hatta yatak ve yastiklarin bu gun geldigini soyledi. Bir gece kalmak cok sorun olmadi ayrica konumu cok iyiydi. Otopark yok ucretli otoparklar var arabamizi oraya goturduk. Calisanlar gayet iyi bir sorun olmadi.
