"Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "

"We loved everything about this property. The staff were all so kind every time we approached them. They never seemed bothered & always seemed sincerely interested in helping you. It’s also very helpful that they spoke English. The property is a bit of a walk, but definitely walkable to old town & the zoo if you have kids.
