"The staff were very helpful letting us have an earlier check-in time. What we didn’t like was that there are no grab bars in the tub to assist you when getting in and out of the tub and yes I realize most ppl have a cell phone, but a clock radio on the night stand would have been nice as it’s nice to turn your phone off to disconnect."

"Hotel serves an excellent full buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Room was clean, tidy and functional. Bed was very comfortable but could have used a few more pillows for sleeping. Bathroom was nicely decorated and clean. Lots of liquid soap, body wash, etc and plenty of towels. Personally, I would have like some bar soap to use at the sink. Location of hotel is handy if you wish to walk to the CN Tower, Ripley's, Union Station, etc. Staff at the door, reception and breakfast room were all very courteous and helpful. We will certainly stay there again!"

"Nice hotel in decent location. Rooms quite small but manageable. Cleaned every day which was nice to come back to after a busy day outside. Drinks at the bar pricey and not very well made. Happy hour at lounge bar good value "

"I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away."

"The only issue is it’s not accessible for anyone who is not able bodied. I stayed for work and put it on our list but we will have to find other places for our folks who have accessibility issues. Otherwise, it was great in many ways."
