"Had a wonderful 2 week stay. The staff was amazingly helpful. It is close to everything in the city, and the park across the street is a nice place to sit down with a cup in the morning and for evening walks. Top notch for the price."

"The room was pleasant and large with enough facilities to be comfortable and cool. The staff were told about its lack of attention to detail about cleanliness and such and they really weren’t interested. It’s a shame as it’s the small things that could change this from a 2.5 star to 4 star hotel. Other than that..our stay was enjoyable."

"What I loved the most was the details applied throughout the interior of this hotel, also how mindful they are to even have a flat iron to iron clothing! Not something you can see in most hotels in Bacolod City. I still would rate this a 5-star. The restaurant within the hotel did an excellent job with having meals served honoring both local and international flavors. Given another chance if I'd book a reservation. It's a YES!"
