"Stayed two nights. Would loved to have stayed longer to explore more of Elkins. Definitely a recommended city. Hotel was perfect. Great breakfast and loved the daily fresh cookies coffee and tea available. Staff super friendly. All of downtown is walkable and safe... Great relaxing in hot tub. Room was well insulated; never heard another guest and the hotel was full as far as we could tell. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. "

"The property was all newly renovated and modern and clean. We did find that the shower was a bit backwards (the hot water came out of the cold setting and visa versa). Also the shower door was missing an important stop so the glass hits the screw instead of the stop to prevent the door from breaking (we had this experience at another hotel and the glass completely shattered). We mentioned the problem with the shower door to one of the housekeepers but he was not interested. We suggest this problem be fixed for future guests in room 251."

"Lovely B and B in a stately, historic house. Marsha is an excellent host. The food is excellent and most comes from their working farm or other WV farms. The surrounding property is beautiful. My room was spacious and comfortable."

"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever come back to the area I would stay again. "
