"The building is in a perfect location - an easy walk to the subway and Fenway Park (we had tickets to see a game). Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was a large window in the room that looks onto a very busy street. The window is not sound proof at all, and I checked several times to make sure it wasn’t open. They do provide earplugs, which is helpful if you are used to sleeping with them in (am not)."

"I panic booked this property after mistakenly booking the wrong night at a chain hotel. I should have started here in the first place! The Back Bay location is charming and well situated; the little room had everything I needed (thank you for the Kleenex and in room coffee!); and while I feared it would be noisy it was quiet and calm. The price was 1/2 to 1/3 of other available options; I am very grateful to have discovered this charming little fine. Note: charm does mean sacrificing some modern amenities, such as abundant electrical outlets and sound proofing. I did not miss them, however. Thank you to the team for being responsive and for a great stay!"

"Very helpful staff. Beautiful lobby. Great area (Copley Square). Convenient to bus, trains, tours. Lots of dining nearby. Connected by walkway to 2 malls and the Prudential Center (btw you get free Adult passes to go up the Prudential Center for an amazing 360 degree view of Boston (inside and also outside). Restaurant was good, great staff, good selections and not expensive. Popular bar with lots of tvs (the Boston Red Sox were in the middle of a 15 game win streak when we were there. Would definetly return."
