Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

Furniture in the suite is terrible, pool area in poor condition. Furniture in the lobby is terrible as well.
