"Overall it was a good experience. Couple of restaurants staff weren't friendly. Rajendra was very attentive. Breakfast spread was delicious. "Breakfast buffet was ok. Dinner buffet was poor. Bathroom - shower area drain was clogged so water accumulated while showering. Shower itself was poor - if you wanted hot water you had to sacrifice water pressure.
Staff was polite and responsive. Room was comfortable. Would have been useful if electrical outlets supported western style plugs as well. "

"The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not recommend this place."

"The hotel situated in an around a market area. And its only a lodge not a hotel. Not worthy for ₹2500+ and there is no continental breakfast they are providing. Only one item like idli or Vada pav u will get for that paying ₹260. This is terrible. All the reviews in google are paid reviews. Can give a 1star to this hotel."
