"MR.ÇAN THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, WE LOVE HIM. THE HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD, 10 MINUTES WALK TO AYDER PLATEAU, SHOPS & RESTAURANTS. ALSO, HAS AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW. THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND MATCHING THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. THE BREAKFAST IS REASONABLE & IS ORGANIC. ROOM IS SMALL BUT AGAIN TO MATCH THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. IF WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THE NATURE, GO TO AYDER BUT IN SEASON TIME. "

"This hotel is situation at at steep hill with a nice overview of the valey. Our room was as described. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpfull. They try to make every wish possible for you. It was a bit cold and they immediately made a fire in the woodstove of the restaurant and also turned on central heating. Consider the steep foodpath to reach the hotel and call the hotel in advance to arrange your luggage transfer via small rope way. We would visit this hotel anytime again."

"The room seemed newly remodeled and spacious, the breakfast had good variety, and most importantly, the family that runs the hotel is very kind, generous, and helpful in every way. While traffic and parking in town are difficult and there's a nearby live music cafe that plays music late into the night, the hosts made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and help us when we had any sort of difficulty.
