Right from our arrival, the check-in staff were fantastic! The breakfast offered a large variety of quality food. The young lady at the door 'Faith' was smiley and offered a warm welcome. The buffet manager "Chandon" was super helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. All in all a wonderful experience! I would go back to this hotel anytime!

Great hotel. We had room 40 with a Burj Khalifa room and it was amazing. Staff were very good and every request was granted. Only thing is there is a long wait for the lifts and they all don't seem to be running at anyone time. Overall a great stay.

We had excellent service from Faith at breakfast and Sirajudeen from housekeeping. The free shuttle to a few attractions and proximity to the metro was great. Unfortunately the elevators take forever especially during breakfast. We also did not like the breakfast food .

The washing machine was not working at first. After I requested it to be fixed, it was repaired but then started leaking water. The air-conditioning thermostat is very old and does not function properly, which made it difficult to control the room temperature. Overall, the facilities need serious maintenance and upgrades. The staff was very helpfull and good.

Nice place to spend time with family, very close to public transport and city’s main attractions. Good hospitality and friendly people all the staff, food was also good

Hotel is in decent condition and good location. However, the wait time for the elevator is extremely long, it takes 10 mins. There are 6 elevators but seems like only 2 in use. Employees are really nice & hospitable
