"Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Only concern was room ten, loaded with low beams (obviously for support) by precariously placed for guests. One large beam on left side of bed, so dangerous. Even after sliding the bed to right side I managed to smack my head. We felt as if we were crouching every time we were in the room. I’d suggest moving bed to other side of room by door, it’s a bad accident waiting to happen…"

"What a lovely hotel this is! Our guest room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. I loved the shower, and the extra soft, plush bathrobes. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio after a day of sightseeing. There is also an intimate bar in the basement. I cannot emphasize how kind, helpful and very hardworking the entire staff was. We found it hard to leave this hotel. Absolutely loved it. One thing I will mention, not all guest rooms are accessible by elevator. If you are unable to manage stairs, you may want to specifically request that."

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot chocolate as they run out, really😏 we’re talking about an Auberge on a Saturday morning and to be fair it was practically empty. we didn’t have a second breakfast there. "
