"Excellent hotel "

"Perfectly situated to enjoy the seafront promenade, The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and tea and coffee making facilities are very welcome. Blackout curtains and big comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The light switches are a mystery - lots of trial and error. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The underground parking is convenient though the access ramps are a little challenging. Access to the hotel is via a lift to the reception. Check in was friendly and efficient. This was our third annual visit for the Porto Orchid Show"

"Gorgeous modern hotel with huge rooms, beautiful spa and great pool. Easy walk or drive to restaurants but a little farther to the river. Highly recommended!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was not thoroughly cleaned, no one was at check in so I had to wait 30 min and call 4 times for the owner to send someone down to hand over the keys. There was a mildewy smell in the room. Motion activated lights kept turning off the in bathroom so I had to keep waving my hand around every 30 seconds. Decent amenities for a hostel but I couldn’t really take advantage of them with just a one night stay. The low price may make it worth it but not a great stay by any means. "
