"Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were really welcoming from the start and they offered us a room upgrade for free which was gratefully received. The room was beautiful and very calming and relaxing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Lovely to have some ‘ovos moles’ as a traditional treat from the town too. Great location. The breakfast was delicious and such a good choice of food. Great variety of fruit too and lovely to have freshly squeezed orange juice. Only thing we would have liked to have is larger cups in the bedroom for tea, more black teabags and some milk in the room too. Otherwise, 110% for comfort, decor, service and location. Thank you! We will definitely be back :)"

"Estaba en una localización bastante cerca del centro, pero sin el bullicio del centro. Nos avisaron de que estaban remodelando el hotel, pero no apreciamos ningún tipo de molestia. Como un inconveniente, comentar que el baño tenía poca luz"

"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."

"The breakfast buffet in the beautifully tiled room was wonderful. They had so many choices of food, fresh and constantly replenished. Coffee and juices if your choice. The staff there are super warm and accommodating. They did a great job. Also the front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us navigate a more comfortable room. They held our luggage after checkout while we roamed around and gave us recommendations on where to go. All in all, the best service."
