This is an excellent property - I recommend this property to anyone who visits Aveiro and enjoys apartment living. Very central, safe, clean, and all the amenities you need. Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchenette.

Great location

A comfortable spacious apartment in a great location in the centre of Aveiro. Close to all amenities and a short walk ((10 minutes) from the train station. The accommodation doesn't offer any parking however there's pay and display parking on the street if you can find a space.

Perfect appartment, so clean and great location. The communication from the owner, was in top, always an answer within short time. Missing a dustbroom and spade, for cleaning the floor your self, for crums and sand. But the quality of the apartment is on the high end, and luxery in top. Highly recommended

Beautiful town with a great feel.

The place is on top location. Highly recommend it. Super central but not overly crowded. Safe and easily walkable to everything you want and need. Apartment is spacious enough for family of 4 with all the essentials. Big plus air-conditioning. Averio is beautiful and we love to come back again.

Central location and nice view, satisfied

The location was perfect for me, it’s very central in Aveiro. I could see the boats on the canal right on my balcony, along with the bridges.. It was easy to get in even with no front desk. I liked that the room was blackout dark, it made for a good nights’ sleep. There was no parking in the building but the Mercado was close enough and it was about 6euro per day. The only thing I wish they would do is to get better and more comfortable pillows and bed.
