"The property was overbooked we could not stay. Its been more than two weeks and they still have not reimbursed us.

"My favorite stay ever! This was so spacious with room for everyone. We especially loved the outdoor private terrace. A great place to call home as you tour Madrid. Everything was in perfect working order, spotlessly clean, and the furnishings were great! Highly recommend!"
