"Stayed here in May 2025 and it was a very pleasant experience. Location is great as you’re right across from the main train station giving you access to not only trains, but also the u-bahn (metro/underground). The staff was very friendly, the check in process was easy, and our room was very spacious and modern. There are plenty of options for food, however I must say that the restaurants in the plaza were not open at all during our time there. There’s an Aldi nearby and plenty of food locations inside the train station. Absolutely recommend to stay here!"

The location is only 5 minutes from Praterstern so good connections to the airport and city centre, and the Ringstraße is only a 15 minute walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants around, so it’s a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Vienna. "

"Beautiful hotel located in a central location. Close to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were assisted from beginning to end. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. A few steps of stairs going to the elevators can be a bit tough when you have heavy luggages but tolerable. You can ask the reception to assist for this small issue. Breakfast buffet is perfect with many selections - love the standby cook who will prep eggs however you like! I highly recommend this hotel when in Vienna!"
