"I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, and what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and taken care of.
The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Housekeeping maintained the room to the highest standard, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Even the concierge and support staff were consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.
What sets this hotel apart is the level of care and dedication the staff show to their guests. Their positive attitudes and commitment to excellent service created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. "Rooms are clean and property is very clean and the restaurant offered great service and food the only thing that was not good is the receptionist in obtaining house keeping service for our room she was not helpful when I asked for room service she just told me they will get there when they get there I found it very rude and room service came too late so I never got a housekeeper to clean my room "
