This is a well-appointed, attractive property. The amenities are wonderful - airport shuttle both ways, daily breakfast until 10:00 and a noon checkout time. The suite is quite comfortable but the kitchen sink had old food stuck to it, there were crumbles of what looked like Doritos in the carpet by the bed and a few strands of hair on the shower floor. Kind of makes me wonder how well the other fixtures and appliances were cleaned. The linens were clean, though.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good and fresh. The front desk was responsive to texts and they arranged shuttles to and from the airport as needed, no waiting. They are truly suites, with a full kitchen and full size fridge. Could easily stay here several days. Quite literally one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We were just passing through but I’m considering reasons to go back to Austin now because I was so impressed with this facility.

I’m giving this hotel 3 out of 5 stars due to the significant delay at check-in and the lack of communication regarding when our room would be ready. We waited more than three hours past the posted check-in time with dogs and groceries in the car, which was extremely frustrating. As of now, I have not received any discount, points, or other compensation for the inconvenience. That said, once we were finally checked in, the stay itself was excellent. The amenities, room cleanliness, breakfast, and overall experience exceeded expectations and offered great value for the price. If the General Manager addresses this situation and provides appropriate compensation, I would gladly update my review to 5 stars. The property itself is wonderful, but timely check-in and better communication are essential. The experience was ultimately very disappointing because of how the arrival process was handled.

pick up was fine, room was nice, clean and comfortable. No airport shuttle in the morning.. I chose this hotel for that reason. they said it was the roads, but the roads were just fine this morning. Night shift clerk was great. picked me up, was pleasant and even offers to stop by a convenience store because food delivery services werent running. The should have to pay for uber to airport. Morning clerk was rather rude about it. I know it wasnt her fault, but she didnt have great attitude.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Airport and wanted to share my experience. First, I’d like to recognize Kyle at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was very attentive and accommodating to our needs, especially since I was traveling with two older ladies. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, even offering complimentary waters. His customer service truly stood out and is worth acknowledging. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay did not meet the same standard. On Saturday (3/21/26), I informed a daytime staff member that our room had not been serviced. His response was a smirk and a casual comment that housekeeping might come by later because they were running behind. This came across as unprofessional and dismissive. When we returned to our room around 9:00 PM that evening, it still had not been serviced. With four guests staying in the room, we were left without fresh towels and toiletries. After calling the front desk, I was told I would need to come down and pick them up myself due to short staffing. However, upon arriving downstairs, I was then told the items had already been sent up. This inconsistency was frustrating and felt like a lack of coordination among staff. Additionally, the breakfast experience could use improvement. For a typical hot breakfast buffet, the quality was underwhelming. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the juices tasted diluted and lacked flavor.
