"Clean room, loud cleaning staff, bad pillows were very flat only about 2 inch of fluff, parking was good and no kitchen or vending machines."

"Second time at this hotel, it's a good value for the money. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and professional, good Wi-Fi and quiet for the most part. Super clean! There is a wide selection of breakfast choices (i wasnt impressed with the eggs) and a fitness room with a couple of cardio machines. We will stay here again next time we're in the area. "

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Sadly, the hotel is in a very old condition. My room had a sofa that looked like it was twenty years old. Lots of stains and the shower was so so. For the price it wasn’t bad but I won’t be staying here again. "

"The staff was nice and courteous. The upkeep of the building was poor. The carpets in the hall and in the room were not well. The ice machine leak dirty water."

"My girlfriend and I are both local and we’re five minutes from our house. The only reason we rented their room was for my girlfriend‘s birthday. To lay around and be lazy and sit in the hot tub. The hot tub was not working when we got down there. I told the guy sitting at the front desk. He told me there was nothing he could do even though he had been in there previously into a control room to get it started again. I asked for my money back. And I was told that would not happen. When I asked to speak to the general manager the next morning on a Saturday at 8:30 AM. The girl went to get the manager in the back room and returned in a couple minutes to tell me he was in a meeting and couldn’t talk. I was given no option to talk to the management. I had also mentioned that my shower in the morning was lukewarm at best. The girl at the counter replied thats unfortunate. This hotel does not care about their guests and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a pleasant stay. Because you won’t get that here."

"Rooms and common areas clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Brkfst selection/food was great! No probs, parking was good. Will stay here again when in Chi area."
