When we arrived after driving 13 hours they said they were sorry but the had over booked and we had to wait for her to find a room they wanted to give us a one bed room.there is 4 ppl staying in that room that is why i booked the home town studio then she came back and tell.me we are going to upgrade us to red roof room so how is that an upgrade if the home town studio much bigger and at the end they gave us a two bed room but the light in the bathroom was not working so they came and took the drywall out because they had a flood and mind you not they had construction going on and i didn't get compassionate oh i was told to get a water and candy

The staff was very nice! The only issue was the remodel happening on the 1st floor. We had to change rooms due to a few minor issues in the bathroom and the sight of 2 roaches. Our room key kept deactivating but the front desk kiosk is 24/7 so it was easy to replace. No roaches were in the brew room and everything was great.

Very scary. There were men hanging around outside by cars, by the entrances smoking weed, a lady was getting beat up right outside the front door. She came in the lobby saying she should get a room because it happened on their property. I asked for a room close to the lobby or front entrance because I'm disabled She put me in a room very far from the elevator The back lot is not well lit.Its very dark. There was a group of people outside the door smoking weed. I was scared The hallway smells like someone smoking weed. Very strong scent of marijuana. I kept looking behind me as i went down the hallway. If there was any way to get my points back and a refund, please do so. Im afaid to leave my room. I was going to go out to eat, but I would rather be hungry.

Hotel itself was good just in ab isolated area making it appear sketchy. The other residents were unsavory and I was asked multiple times by staff to leave a positive review ( I think because so many are negative), but it was fine for me being solo and an adult . Staff was great though

Though the staff was friendly, the room left a lot to be desired. The lighting was extremely poor. There were no hooks in the bathroom and very little counter space. The 2bath towels were very thin.

We went there for a trip for my school and after checking in and getting to the room we no more than got in and thank goodness I had the top lock done because house keeping didn’t knock or anything they used their key and tried to come in and when I came to the door she asked if everything was good. At this time we just got in the room and the only thing we noticed was needing was toilet paper. When my husband took a shower there was a dried booger in between the shower curtains. Went to go to bed and there were big dog hairballs in the bed on the sheets. No coffee pot in the room.

Upon arrival they had a remote check in, would be better with in person. There were no hair dryer, ironing board or iron in room. Walls in room were concrete and poorly painted. Kitchenette area in room was unfinished, no grout on tile floor, missing pieces of tile. There were pieces of pretzel crumbs in our bed when we arrived. Felt like either a college dorm room or large prison cell. They were still in process of renovating common area, and appear to be installing a lounge. No one gave us directions to the room or elevator. The elevator shook side to side and landed heavily making us think we were about to be stuck. We will not return there.
