"The hotel spa itself is fine but the location is just horrible and should be disclosed. It is set on the outskirts of the town on an industrial estate opposite a cement works and with a bottle bank behind. The room was fine. The restaurant was ok although they served the absolute worst tartiflette i have ever head in my 34 years of living in France. It was also rather expensive for what it was but the staff were charming. I would bot recommend it or ever stay there again."

"Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. Easy access to the gondola and an easy walk around to find food and shops.We loved the town and had a great stay here. My only complaint would have been the pool. I thought it would be nice and warm, but it was lukewarm at best. A bit disappointing. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and it worked well for feeding all of...

"nicely furbished hotel with a gondola and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is quite new and very clean, nice and cosy. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing between rooms and in the corridor. however overall i really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! "

"I visited with my 16 year old son for a weeks skiing. The staff were very attentive, the room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm. The ski shop/ boot room is really convenient, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gondola from the shop to Bergers makes access to the slopes quick and easy. I will visit again."
