Loved the place, accommodation was great, perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens, very comfortable and stunning views t the mountains. Also very well located for shuttles to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants. Bar, restaurant and social area on the ground floor were very convenient and great vibes. Staff was amazing!!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au The People - Les 2 Alpes - Hostel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et détendue. Le personnel à la réception est particulièrement accueillant, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Les chambres sont propres, modernes et bien équipées. L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder aux pistes de ski ou se promener dans la station. Super séjour chez thé people, prix imbattable, accueil bien chaleureux avec un grand profesionnalisme. L'ambiance est aussi calme et chouette, sa localisation se trouve juste à côté du telecabine pour des montées et retour très facile. 非常愉快的经历，价格非常划算，前台小姐姐特别热心有好，住宿的环境也比较温馨舒适，挺安静的，最重要的是距离缆车很近，走几步就到了。

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel en famille avec des amis à l'hôtel the peoples Mélissa je crois a fait son maximum pour que nous ayons des chambres familiales côte à côte avec un sur classement. L'ensemble du personnel est très jeune et dynamique et vous réserve un accueil chaleureux et de qualité La literie était très confortable, geste éco responsable pour la douche et large choix au petit déjeuner en buffet. La chambre avait à peine été nettoyé et des traces de vomit été encore présente sur la moquette. Je ne parle pas de l'odeur ... nauséabonde ! Après l'avoir signalé à la réception le premier jour, on nous à promis d'envoyer quelqu'un pour nettoyer la chambre mais personne n'est passé. Je propose même de nettoyer moi même si ils fournissent le matériel pour éviter d'avoir à passer une nuit de plus dans cette odeur insupportable. On me promet d'envoyer quelqu'un mais finalement personne ne s'en est occupé. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuné on voyait clairement qu'ils étaient dépassés par le monde et ne prêtaient guère attention à proposer un service respectable. Le plus flagrant étant les œufs brouillés fait à base d'une mixture liquide à peine chauffé et servis encore liquide dont l'aspect été plus proche du vomit qu'autre chose (histoire de nous rappeler l'odeur putride de la chambre ...) Pour finir, au moment du check out on nous redemande de payer les chambres. Il a donc fallut faire appel au service Hotel.com pour solutionner. Nous signalons une dernière fois l'odeur dans la chambre à la gérante qui nous promet un remboursement d'une nuit ... J'attend toujours 2 semaines après ...
