"The house was very clean and nicely decorated. They had games and books so was fun for the family. The mattress was firm and amazing and hotel pillows. Good size garden and the rooms were spacious. A lot of thought went into setting up the house as everything we needed was available. Highly recommend"

"The place was cold - no heating had been put on in anticipation of our arrival. No instructions on how to control the heating - we finally found the control unit hidden on the top of a cupboard in the kitchen. Kitchen sink had a big crack in it. Shoddy décor throughout. Bed in main bedroom: let's just say the springs and mattress have seen better days. The bathroom floor is collapsing because (I assume) water from the shower. Didn't dare actually use the shower but the shower head looked...
