The room was clean, however, the room was very very tight and looked out onto a public balcony for the floor. So, it was a little unfortunate of a view, and we had to keep our blinds shut at all times. But, for a short stay was not bad.

I couldn't fault the Staff, communication, cleanliness immaculate. Even though there is limited parking on site there are options close at hand. It would be good to know a bond is required at checkin beforehand and also be told it could take up to a week to receive your refunded bond. Apart from that handy to Spark Arena, the Railway Station and Parnell.

Great hotel to visit auckland

Great hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable , have a kitchen with fridge and freezer. Location is about 10-15mins walk to the centre and a lot of parking space closeby (free in weekends, during weekdays 3.5 NZD for the first 2 hours after that 6NZD per hour (8am-6pm))

Fantastic place to stay if you are heading to a concert at Spark Arena, less than a 5 minute walk. Walking distance to the viaduct, Britomart & CBD. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at La Quinta Parnell. The hotel was clean and modern. The rooms were neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great. A special mention to Nicole on reception and Raj the manager, they made us feel so welcome and were extremely accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff. Clean and with god beds. Location at Parnell very nice. Only minus is the highways close by, but it’s not noisy just boring to look at traffic. Very tiny lobby.

Perfect for a weekend stay

This is a newly built apartment hotel. The rooms are small but clean. My husband enjoyed the gym.It is just at the edge of Parnell centre. Our check in was easy. Free parking on the street over the weekend.

Spacious/Delightful/Convenient

Deluxe apartment was perfect for me and my two teenage boys. Love the kitchen. Having the washer/dryer (with detergents) was a nice surprise and much needed at the end of our trip, on New Year’s Eve. Saw the fireworks from the park in front of the hotel. Steps from the shops and restaurants of Parnell. Raj at the front desk was wonderful.

The property is reasonably new and so everything is in tip top order. I was initially dubious as no parking offered however there is plenty on on street parking adjacent to the hotel available. Parking is free from 1800 to 0800 mon to fri and free from 1800 Friday thru to 0800 Monday. So parking is very good and at a good rate. Close to all the shops and restaurants on The Strand and Parnell Rise so definitely recommend this accomodation as an excellent place to stay.

New and very clean hotel. Raj, working the front desk, was courteous and helpful. The hotel is 20min walking distance from most points of interest (museum, harbour, CBD), just in different directions. It is situated on a quiet residential street, however Parnell St is 5min away with a few cafés and shops. If you're looking for centrally located hotel with a shopping mall and restaurants at the doorstep, this hotel is not for you.
