Great to have onsite parking and close to cafes and city. Well priced but we barely got what we paid for. The only lighting in our room was 2 small bedside lights. These small lights were inadequate in the early morning when we got up. Had to leave the bathroom door open and light on so we could see. The restaurant was cold and the food disappointing. While we may stay again we will not go back to the restaurant.

Always enjoy our stay here. The room we got this time had a rather hard bed so not a good rest. Unusual so next time well make sure there is a topper pad, otherwise a great place to stay.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Clean room, nice garden park across the street. Good, on site, no fee parking. The included breakfast buffet is first rate. Also, the hotel restaurant was quite good--we dined there two nights. Active people can walk to downtown and ferries . . . a bit more than mile or take a direct bus instead of looking for expensive downtown parking. We would stay again.

Smell the roses (and jasmine)! Super hotel well-situated close to bus stop, excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. In early November when we visited, the rose garden opposite is in full bloom and and added bonus for our stay!

The hotel room was amazing. Everything new. Bed was fantastic to sleep on. The downside was nowhere to wash the dishes used except for the bathroon sink and nothing to dry dishes except the towels.

always enjoy to stay here as the parking and getting about the city is easy. Views are nice and I don't feel too cramped or hemmed in. Option of a breakfast if needed which is also good. had lovely newly refurbished room. Excellent stay
