For a so called 5 star hitel wde are very disappointed. For what we paud for Club access to have evening canapes which were awful. Very poor quality & not edible. The buffet breakfast is awful. Kept ssrvjng fruit, danish from 2 days prior. Did not clean used plates off our table & quality of food ...

Breakfast purchased with room was ok, don’t bother getting an omelette made. They don’t ask what you want in it, turns out just egg and cheese and under done. Shuttle was great.
