For a so called 5 star hitel wde are very disappointed. For what we paud for Club access to have evening canapes which were awful. Very poor quality & not edible. The buffet breakfast is awful. Kept ssrvjng fruit, danish from 2 days prior. Did not clean used plates off our table & quality of food ...

Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport
Really nice hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Had a really great stay here. I also liked that they let me store my luggage after I checked out, and I could still use the airport shuttle. (I had a 10pm flight and checked out at noon, hotel suggested places I could go to kill time)
