"We didn’t get the room we reserved. Had gotten a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting, so dirty that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies, bed sheets and towels.

Luckily I was arriving before 8 PM when the lobby closed, and I believe there were other methods for checking in, but I wish that would have been Made more clear upon booking. "Love the graduate!! The only thing is the there are no drawers that open on the furniture in the room. Huge mistake- they need drawers that open on dressers for storage of items. It was very difficult to find places for underwear, belts, etc. I did hang all clothes up. Without the storage, it would be very difficult to stay more than a few days."
