Nice hotel and staff. Room with king bed was clean, quiet and functional. The room was a little smaller than most that we've stayed in. The mattress was firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped so we didn't sleep great. That was our only complaint.

I liked Alex at the front desk. She was especially helpful with securing an accessible room when the third party did not. We liked the accessible room. Housekeeping did not come to our room for several days. We had to take the trash out ourselves and had to ask for towels even though they said they would complete housekeeping every other day. I did like the convenience of the accessible room to the outside area. Coffee was good. Would definitely stay again. Another advantage is close proximity to all things great like Starbucks, Waffle House, PNC, Target, etc.
