"Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "

"Was welcomed right when we got there. The room was spectacular! Large, clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. We liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back home and scheduled a weekend at Christmas. Who wouldn't want to spend Christmas in Bedford Falls, I mean Seneca Falls!!!"
