"Yes and yes. Daniel at check in was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a very nice selection, especially liked the cut fresh fruit, and the selection of juices and teas. Daniel was kind enough to fill my request for a balcony room which I enjoyed tremendously. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. I will definitely use this establishment again."

"This is a fabulous and very elegant 5 star hotel right in the heart of Luzern overlooking the promenade and Lake. Our Lifestyle junior suite (room 044) was wonderfully clean and well maintained and is probably the nicest room we have ever had in a 5 star hotel. All the staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and most helpful too. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there were plenty of options outside but we did visit VICO restaurant for dinner one evening and both the food and service were excellent. We hope to visit again one day."

"Yes I could have booked a hotel closer or at city center but for more money $$$. The Galaxy apartment was actually about 15 - 20 minutes walking distance to city center or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which dropped us off right in front of the train station. I must say that the there was no air conditioning and only a couple of vertical fans which really didn't help much considering Lucerne was experiencing a heat wave during our stay. I really hope they can invest in some split air conditioning system for future guests. Other than that, it was perfect for our two day stay."

"The hotel was in a great location and easy access to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and easy to find. The only downside was that it was 90 degrees and we were on the 4th floor and there is no air conditioning. You could barely crack a window so it was impossible to cool down and made for an uncomfortable night sleep"
