"Loved the facilities in the hotel. Everything was clean and in working condition. The restaurants were great and breakfast buffet had good choice. It would have been nice if concierge staff were more helpful."

"Toilets didn’t flush for a few hours. Phones weren’t working in the room. Asked front desk to order taxi for certain times. Once they totally forgot so got late for our boat ride. Other times taxis showed up late. Asked staff for 4 towels for the pool, staff said only one available when there were lots of towels stored on display."

The staff were very warm and welcoming and when I had an issue with my bathroom lighting it was resolved very quickly! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to families and friends."
