"Clean room, liked buffet, all amenities in room vs picking them up in the lobby. Location most impt due to tiring flight and long lines at immigration and customs."

"We stayed here for one night prior to flying out of New Chitose airport. The room was clean and comfortable, the shared lounge was comfortable and a lovely amenity. Breakfast was a limited, fixed menu that was tricky for us as vegans, but otherwise it was a totally fine place to spend one night!"

"Newer, gorgeous property with Ainu elements at a serene part of the small town. Nice, minimally designed room with great view of the lake, great for a relax trip. Onsen water is brownish and feels v therapeutic, smoothening for the skin. Food is alright, breakfast portion is a little small. Unlike other similar grade onsen hotels, there is no drinks provided in the room - only a jug of water, this is rather disappointing. Can't be sure the water is fresh. If this is due to environmental practice, the hotel could have provided water in aluminium can..."

"The room was clean, and the staff good to work with. There is plenty of parking out back. Great for families. Seicomart across the street was invaluable. Unless we need to be in a different area we will have Minn Chitose at the top of our list."

"The room was very clean and specious. The quality of the online checki-in call was not good. Communication was dofficult. There were no playes bowls or cutlery provided. Only some cups. The location is conveniently close to the airport and quiet at night."
